SIGNUP FOR MEALS, IT'S EASY!

White Mountain Meals on Wheels offers one nutritious meal daily (Monday through Friday) to home bound seniors. We also serve lunch Monday through Thursday at the Show Low Senior Center from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM.

All meal offerings are healthy and tasty with controlled sodium, fat, carbohydrates and calories. offer chef follows the NACOG nutritional guidelines. The menus are prepared by a registered dietitian to ensure balanced meals throughout the week. Our menu changes monthly...CLICK MENU IMAGE TO VIEW.

One may typically start and/or stop service, schedule vacations or non-deliver days with a 2 business day notice.

Lunch only, plus beverage – $7.00 per day
The Meal Deal Ticket: $120...Includes (20) meals at ($6) each

Meals on Wheels is purposed to serve those seniors in need of our services. Please don't hesitate to contact us. We have many Plans that will put our meals at your door. Money should never be an issue when considering contacting Meals on Wheels. Call Us , we can help.
